This role supports the design, delivery and embedment of key talent and leadership initiatives that enable PwC to attract, develop and retain high‑potential, purpose‑led leaders. Working within the Talent Development and Coaching team, the Talent Management Manager partners closely with the Learning, Leadership and Talent Development team, Strategic Business Partners, People & Culture Leaders, and the broader Partnership, People & Culture community to deliver aligned, high‑impact outcomes. What you’ll do: Translate firm‑wide talent and people strategies into tangible talent, leadership and development initiatives for key talent across the employee and partner population. Support the design, delivery and continuous iteration of talent development programs aligned to business priorities, leadership expectations and PwC’s cultural ambition. Partner with and constructively influence stakeholders to strengthen talent identification, nomination quality, leadership outcomes and standards. Ensure talent management initiatives operate within clear governance frameworks covering the identification, assessment, development and retention of key talent, with defined objectives, success measures and evaluation. Capture insights and learnings to continuously strengthen talent architecture, frameworks and solutions. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, learning or organisational development. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex programs in a matrixed, professional services environment. Strong facilitation, coaching or group leadership capability. High level of stakeholder influence, credibility and relationship‑building skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence.
